Obligations of transport participants in the field of ADR security
Pursuant to regulation 1.3 and 8.2.3 of the European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by road (ADR Agreement), persons employed by Fresh Cargo who perform road transports of dangerous goods or related with these transports loadings or unloadings , have been trained in the requirements of such carriage according to the responsibility and duties of these people.
